I got jipped! It was my first time trying to get a redemption and i go and find out that it has to be one hundred to cash out and i had 98. So i decided to pay for a five dollar pack to get it back up over one hundred so i could cash out. Well, i also found out that you have to play YOUR OWN MONEY over three times before you can cash out!! So OF COURSE i couldnt keep it over one hundred cus it wouldnt let me win enough while i tried to play my five dollars, CUS YOU HAVE TO PLAY FIFTEEN to make it three times. I then proceeded to lose and lose until all of my hundred was gone!! I was so upset that they set it up this way!! Why should you have to play your money THREE TIMES to be able to cash it out??? Also, if you get any promotion money, you have to play it thru TEN TIMES before you can cash any winnings out!! They also have a redemption fee! This is the only casino i have seen that does all three of these crappy things!! I was so happy to win my jackpot of one hundred dollars and then it was all stolen from me cus of their stupid ridiculous rules!! How stupid and sucky!!
