I was loving chanced at first

I was loving chanced at first. I had no problems up until yesterday. It and I have made several redemptions that were instant. Yesterday, however, I tried to do an instant redemption to the same card that I always use which is also the same card that I used to purchase sweeps coins And they put it on a review and told me I could expect my money within about 24 hours or less. It has been over 24 hours now and I have yet to receive anything or any update. Customer service is extremely slow to message back and I am unfortunately pushing towards being done with them if I don't get my money very very soon. I was loving them. At first I thought Chance was one of the best sites I played on. But this right here shows me something different. They have no reason to be reviewing my redemption for any reason. There's no fraud or no fake accounts or anything. It is all mine.
