UPDATE: I did finally get my redemption after 48 hours of waiting; however, I was never told why they were even Reviewing the redemption or me to begin with. Chanced used to be very efficient with their redemptions, quick within minutes. A heads up letting customers know their redemption times have changed beforehand would have been nice. My excitement of finally winning was quickly questionable when getting a message, this is being reviewed, rather than it has been processed.UPDATE: DO NOT PLAY HERE! I'm trying to get my $400 redemption, they said it's in Review will receive in about 24 hours. NOW it's been way past 24 hours, when I send them an email it gets returned back to me as undeliverable. I have not be able to get ahold of a REAL agent thru their chat line, it's ALWAYS a robot, saying the same things.Chanced has become rediculous! I used to Love playing here, BUT they go from having to play 3x playthrough on everything that sometimes took several deposits and several days to meet THEIR goals, however, they paid immediately within minutes onto my card, so dealt with it. NOW they went to 1x playthrough and ARE NOT paying immediately, they say within 24 hours under REVIEW. Under REVIEW why, because I finally won something worth cashing out? Furthermore, their phone picture verification IS NOT sending the link to my phone, so I'm having to use my computer for verification. I'm sick and tired of them constantly changing how they do things. One day it's this and the next day it's that, and never gets better. Their RTP has went out the window, ever since they got rid of Pragmatic games, so basically all social casinos RTP is terrible, because none of them have Pragmatic games anymore! Their daily and weekly bonuses have went from .50 to .10 daily, and their weekly bonuses have went from $13 to $3. It's like just stick with what works and makes the CUSTOMERS happy!!!
