I used to love chanced. Until the last 3 months. 3 different promotions that they have refused to honor, (about $1000 sc they are screwing me out of). Along with the instant redemption being not instant anymore. Oh and the daily bonus used to be a dollar but now it’s 10¢. Oh and my played sweeps coins is about 900,000. To become platinum level 2 the requirement is 1 million. So why is my progress % bar only at 70%?! That isn’t even including the 10 billion gc I’ve played. (Which would make me 100%.) I’ve asked support for over a month, and none of them can answer me.
