Didn't recieve a promotion that I purchased. Cool no issue ill chat with their live support. 1 hour wait? Okay np. Finally I let Klay know what happened. He tells me I must be incompetent and purchased the wrong one. Uhh no... okay I sent him the proof of me buying the correct one. Nothing. I waited 2 hours no reply. I can't get another rep because Klay never closed our chat. I check the forums and NOBODY got the promotional free spins. Okay things happen sure and maybe they will make it right for all of us BUT the way they are telling everyone that WE are wrong or just ignoring some of us (I've talked to 5 other people with the same issue) makes me not trust this site. I hope they either refund or give me the promotional fs on principle as it was only 1 dollar. But I wasted hours because I don't like being tricked. If they do I'll come back and change this rating but for a site you put a lot of trust into, giving your personal information, this is not a good look. Be careful everyone
