ABSOLUTE TRASH SITE and glad there's some honest negative recent reviews, guess I'm not the only one getting f'd over. Their daily "gifts" have an absolutely ridiculous TEN TIMES playthrough. If you collect the dailies for a couple of weeks or longer you'll quickly be buried under a mountain of playthrough after you buy a pack, which forces you to buy MORE packs to even have a chance at a redemption. Had to spin through a ridiculous amount to even START a redemption (at a loss mind you,) and now that I've finally spun through it all I can't cash out cause, surprise, they have a minimum cash out as well. So still, even after the playthrough, I need to buy another pack and hopefully get lucky. Debating whether to just take the loss. Customer support is non-existent now, and hasn't responded in over 10 hours. Can't open another support chat because the existing chat is still open and I can't get rid of it. WHAT. A. JOKE!!! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A SITE!!!
