This site takes and takes and give you hell when you try to cash out…I’ve played on this site because they claim to payout instantly. I’ve spent thousands but always seem to have an issue when it’s time to get my redemptions. Today has been the worst of all! I redeemed around midnight for instant payout and I’m being told that my redemptions are under review. It’s been over 18 hours and I’m yet to get my pay out. Customer service has been sending me around in circles and barely responds. I’ve reached out over 20 times and keep getting generic messages. No one can give me the reason for this mysterious review 🙄
