I am writing this review specifically to address the appalling state of the customer support service. My recent interaction highlights a systemic failure that is unacceptable for a service platform.The primary issue is the sheer lack of responsiveness. I experienced a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes just to receive an initial reply. Worse, subsequent responses throughout the conversation were equally delayed, often taking 30-35 minutes between each agent reply. This is not "support"; it is an abandoned conversation.Furthermore, the quality of interaction provided by agent "Chewy" was exceptionally frustrating. It was clear that the agent was not reading my detailed messages. Every response I received felt like a BOT auto-reply—a generic, canned text completely irrelevant to the specific issue I had described. This resulted in an endless, unproductive loop that wasted my time and solved nothing.This level of service shows a fundamental disrespect for the customer base. We are the players who invest our time and money into this platform. Don't forget that players paid your salary and we absolutely refuse to continue paying for and supporting this trash service. You must drastically improve the response times and ensure your agents possess basic reading comprehension and problem-solving skills immediately.
