Customer services is of no help to you at all. It’s been over three months and I’ve had two pending redemptions, and no help on getting them to me. I just keep creating tickets that they keep saying they can’t fix and the close the ticket like nothing. They don’t care about you, or making it right. I just want my money so I can take it elsewhere.
