Now I've been playing chanced.com for over 7 months now and I have put in alot of money into chanced.com. but in the past 5 weeks I've been trying to get in touch with someone in live support nobody respond back to me. But today someone replied back to me I was asking them why is it saying that I cannot purchase or is it safe my purchase is enabled. Someone wrote me back and said that it was working again they sent me a message about do I agree with the terms and condition something I already answered before. So I'll try to make a purchase again and then it's popped up again and said enable. Now someone telling me online support that I'm in violation in my account is closed. And they're not giving me no reason why my account is closed I haven't even accept mine weekly bonus in the past 5 weeks now it seems like this game platform is a scam cuz I'm not understanding what I'm violating it paying with my own card debit card so how I'm in violation. Now no one is replying back to me. And I only signed up with chanced.com one time and it's the game I am playing now well no longer playing them because now I can't even play. I'll be careful I'll sign it up with this game because it get all your money and then cut you off
