SC disappeared -Customer Service Lacking

My experience overall has been good, but I give this a 3 because the one issue that I’ve had was incredibly annoying and could serve as a huge red flag. I had an issue with a redemptions, where I put it in, it failed, and my SC was tied up for nearly 16 hours. This was due to a system error, which I was notified of within an hour of having the issue. However, at that time I was asked if I wanted to wait for the system error to clear and continue with the redemption or have my SC added back to my balance, and I chose to have it added back to my balance. I was subsequently ignored for the next 15 hours, making multiple attempts to make contact, with none of them working, and multiple people ignoring my requests for updates on where my SC was. Making contact with an actual person or customer service rep is not easy through this system, as it is very quick to direct you to the FAQ articles, and shy away from actual interaction. I believe when there is SC involved that it should be taken more seriously, and I was very much blown off in this instance, with my SC taken, and no real answers or communication. If you want to come across as a legit Sweeps Casino, these are the exact types of issues that you should want to avoid, because they reinforce the fear that many people have, of losing their money, with no recourse or ability to hold the provider to a reasonable standard expectation. Also, once my balance was restored, after nearly 16 hours, I was offered nothing for the inconvenience. Not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, instead was told, your issue has been resolved, we are done talking to you, and need to now spend our time helping customers who actually have a problem. It was just a very poor experience, which is unfortunate, because everything else I e experienced with this site has been top-notch.
