Chanced scammed me out of $460 usd total of fairly won redemptions on their two sites and ignored all communication for weeks. I had several successful withdrawals in the past, but once they got tired of me winning, they decided to not pay out what I won. I had no other options than to make a CC dispute which Chanced countered with false information claiming I had a drivers license from a banned state that I did not (I am from and have only ever lived in a legal state for Chanced according to their own TOS). They also made other false and fraudulent statements and lied about me receiving the services I ordered. Not paying out my redemption definitely constitutes failure to provide services. GoldCoinGroup is a fraudulent company scamming their own customers when they feel like it.
