I was a loyal customer of chanced and punt until today when chanced treated me like trash despite spending hours and lots of money with them through the year.My family's financial situation has taken a bad course since my dad lost his job and mom split.I felt obligated to help out today and I was very desperate to double my last $50 dollars because I needed money to buy tomorrow's dinner ingredients for my siblings and mom.However, I had no idea that they'll put a 3x play through requirement on the $50 dollar pack for 50 SC. They usually only do that if you're getting a significant bonus such as 100 sc for $50.Anyway, long story short I lost 50 SC very quickly and I fell into such a deep depression that I went to my bed to sleep at 4pm, and I even skipped out on dinner, my depression was too great, I didn't feel worthy.I contacted Chanced support line to see if I can get a refund or at least they'll offer me free SC, but no. I even told them that it was okay if I get banned, I just really need my $50 refunded because I need to buy dinner ingredients for my family, it is so hard.Yet still, the customer service team didn't care one bit about me. Dispite me playing well over 400 through the year, they couldn't even give me 50 in my most desperate and depressing moment. They just take and take.In fact, they weren't sympathetic at all, even though I told them what was going on and that I was crying. The customer service rep Joe just told me that all sales are final.I became even more upset and ashamed of myself. Then I had a dream I went to the mental hospital again, since I was there last time because of depression.Punt.com was no better, because I lost SC fast there before playing at chanced today.Punt and Chanced.com are not my friend and nor your friend. I'm never spending money there again.By the way, my mom talked to me and hugged me when I got up, so I feel better.
