I wasn't sure if I had a account with Chanced Casino because I had reset my phone and honestly when my Neice sent me a referral link for Chanced Casino I had went to try to sign in and usually my info Will pop up if I am already a member when it didn't I just figured I didn't have a account so I went and clicked on the Referal Link and when i was trying to verify it wouldn't approve me so that made me Contact Customer service with the Question do I have another account. A Ms.Maureen the Customer service Person was very helpful and polite and helped me Resolve my issue she was a Professional and I really appreciate the way Chanced Casino operates it has Superb Customer service compared to the other Casinos I have Visited they are Top Notch I give them 5 Stars they deserve it.
