In the past I would have given them 5 stars. But we of late their customer service has been slipping and my experience today took the cake. I purchased a $5 coin bundle. But when it went to the lobby it had charged and given me a $50 package. I am never one to play with money I can't lose so before I spent a single penny I got ahold of customer service. Even tho their system had messed up I was forced to keep the package and they refused to offer any kind of help. Needless to say of course I lost the whole $50 and I couldn't afford to lose it now I have to suffer because of a system glitch. Other than the lack of customer service and any kind of resemblance of empathy they have great games and fast cash out times
