To be honest, there’s nothing majorly upsetting, just a series of small frustrations that lead to a thumbs down for me. The main issues include:
1. Occasionally, you have to purchase promotional packages, which can actually be detrimental due to a questionable 3x playthrough requirement.
2. They claim to offer instant payouts, but then you face delays due to reviews and maintenance, which happened to me three times in a row, even for small payouts.
3. Live support is virtually non-existent, and you can't submit new requests if you message too often.
4. The responses from live support often contradict each other.
5. The daily bonus is quite poor.
6. It feels like they want you to lose; I can't quite explain it. It just feels like they're not on your side. While I understand they don’t want everyone to win, it would be nice if a company employed strategies to make you feel supported. On a different note, I’ve had a fantastic experience with another platform that resolved all the issues I faced elsewhere.
