I have 2 major issues. My win rate is around 7% . 😫 🤮 I get it, im gambling. Im taking a risk knowing the likely result.
I bet minimum n have went thru a thousand bucks over the weekend. The last couple months it's been HORRIBLE on both chanced and punt! It literally feels like they have an on / off switch. I been getting into bonuses alot lately and it's been 0.04 to 0.99sc almost all of them, probably hundreds of bonuses over this span. I get some slots r more volatile than others but often I just sit n laugh because of how one sided n obvious that proverbial"on / off" switch is. I enjoy playing for long periods so I bet minimum. My 2nd issue is customer service. I've had several technical issues lately. Not getting promos, them not delivering emails, not getting correct sc Id bought, free spins guaranteed etc..... customer service is nice for most part but they are extremely vague and take forever and leave me on read at times when they tell me they're investigating the issue. Usually I'll get bounced to 5 different reps, having to reexplain my issue to each rep that steps into chat. It'd be nice to keep talking to the same 1 or 2 reps so it's less confusing and the issue gets dealt with quickly. Honestly the only reason I still play here is because of instant redemption but even that is no longer guaranteed. Sometimes they r n sometimes they r not. The site needs alot more consistency. Before you run a promo or whatever, make sure everything is working fine. If I spend my hard earned money, dang right I want things to run smoothly n I just wanna play. I dont wanna have to chat n fight for what should have been a given. I've never been offered a gift for my inconvenience nor am I getting anything for leaving this review. Which is OK. But it would be nice to offer people more free spins, free sc etc.... you basically dont reward players who spin under 5k sc per week in telegram any longer. I usually qualify for that free 5sc (if im fast enough, only 150 available) for 5k spun but not every week. It'd be nice if you sent the free 2sc to everyone no matter what u spend. I know its all about money but yall ain't gotta make it look so obvious. I have been straight rinsed lately so Lil things matter. I've been opening up n looking at other sites because alot of other sites r instant or close to as well. So my suggestion is do the same. Im near gold level on both punt n chanced so im very experienced on these 2 sites. its unfortunate thatbw grpwth this site has deminished. Lastly, you guus dropped all the best streamers and signed vegas matt. He literally hates playing on chanced. He likes in person casino gambling. After the 1st 3 lives, he got tired of a few people asking for codes so he no longer gives codes out. I loved those! Free 2sc here n there made me much more involved. He cares nothing about ur site and definately not avout the viewers. Hes the worst representative u coulda got. Anyways, i could go on n on but ill stop.
