I honestly don't know how they have such a high rating, must be fake reviews or something. So my story is this, I spend thousands each week on Casinos. And I am a super honest person, so much that I don't pay anyone to sign up. I follow the rules, I don't use my old sites that have a VPN AND I DEFINITELY Don't SIGN UP TWICE AND IF I DO BY MISTAKE, I TELL THEM INSTANTLY. ANYWAY I SIGNED up for the first time and when I went to go buy a package it said contact support. They're unwilling to tell me what I did, or that they can even fix it. How could I do something wrong if I just signed up? I checked my old emails just to make sure I didn't accidentally sign up and forget and sign up again years later (which has happened and even that company allowed me to have another chance because I'm the one that told them I messed up) Anyway I receive so many emails daily and can't even spend money here so please close my account and stop treating customers this way. I'm not mad, just shocked at the way I was treated for no reason at all. If they'll do this to me, imagine how much it's happening to others. Players just be aware
