I bought a sword back in April during a promotion for the first 100 customers who paid for shipping... I paid the fee and never got my sword. I ordered a specific sword from a popular series. After waiting over a month, I finally tracked them down and a representative claimed they couldn’t find my transaction, although my bank statement says otherwise. They assured me my sword was on the way but wouldn’t provide any confirmation or shipping details. It finally arrived today, and to my dismay, it was a plastic replica, not a real sword, and even worse, it wasn’t from the series I ordered. It came from a different franchise, which I recognized as my spouse collects authentic swords and we own the same one. I will be warning others on social media about this situation. BEWARE!!!!
