I ordered a sword in April during a promotion for the first 100 customers who paid for shipping. I paid the fee but never received the sword. I specifically ordered one from a well-known series. After waiting more than a month, I contacted them, only to be told by a representative that they couldn’t find my transaction, despite my bank account indicating otherwise. The representative assured me my sword was on its way but wouldn’t give me confirmation or shipping details. It finally arrived today, but it was just a plastic replica, not a real sword, and worse, it wasn’t from the series I anticipated. It was from a different franchise, which I recognized as my spouse collects genuine swords and we have the same one. I will be alerting others on social media about this experience. BEWARE!
