"I am very disappointed with the 'new' Chapel Dentist. While the building is new, the care is nonexistent. Today, I made a special effort to get my daughter to her morning appointment early to avoid traffic, yet we sat and watched as late arrivals were seen before us. The receptionist was uncaring and refused to be flexible, sticking to a list rather than managing the waiting room fairly. It feels like the focus has shifted entirely toward profit over patients.
