I subscribed to this bookclub and paid 19.98 in may to attend a local bookclub. They took the payment and sent me list of local clubs, none of which had availability! I emailed chapter 25 and was reminded that I had a 3 month commitment! I asked what I was paying for and the response I received was that I could pay another £4.99 a month for an extra chapter which was an online app. I declined and asked that after the three month contract ended I would like it cancelled. They replied that that was fine and a note had been attached to the diary and it would be cancelled. They have now taken 19.98 in August, September and October. I have sent emails which has not been replied to. I have now raised a dispute with my bank. There is no telephone number for them. Please avoid this company!!!
