I received the Mallory Maxi Dress with visible brown splatter marks that looked like stains and did not match the dress shown online. Customer service claimed these were “natural fibre variations,” however they were very noticeable and not something a customer would reasonably expect.I also reached out via Instagram and initially received a message apologising for the stains, which was then unsent and replaced with a generic response directing me to email customer service which felt misleading.I paid return shipping and reordered again hoping it was a one off, only to receive the replacement with the exact same marks. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed that a product with such visible marks is being sold as acceptable. The process was frustrating and left me out of pocket for what I believe is a product quality issue, not a customer preference. Do better
