Ordered £300 of stuff on Black Friday which was lost by the delivery people before ever even leaving Australia! I emailed them & they got back to me with a gift card, but I can not repurchase the items I already bought as no longer stocked in my size and obviously no longer discounted. I responded to their email as it was a lot to spend and I was in need of new things for Christmas saying though I appreciate the gift card I would need a refund and they just haven’t replied, I’ve sent two emails now and it’s been weeks with nothing, no response at all. Do not recommend.
