DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am warning you. This company is absolutely disgusting. They are a fraud. I got my dress which was awful quality and sizing was off. So I paid a second fee to send it back to Australia, in addition to when I first bought it. It has been 3 months now and I still have not been refunded. I have tried to contact them via DM’s, social media comments, and email, yet they continue to ignore me. I know they see my comments because they only reply to the good ones but do not want to assist me with getting a refund so they ignore all mine. Now I have to go out of my way to attempt to sort this out with my bank. It’s just an absolute mess and such a shame that a company doesn’t mind stealing customers money and ignoring anyone with an issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
