Advertised free delivery. Bought my clothes.Then get a £122 customs fee letter for an order just over £200..The website is all in English with clothes advertised with the pound sign and isn't clear at checkout from my point that the company isn't in the UK or stating there is additional fees. Apparently can't return clothes unless you pay and also apparently I'm responsible for fees. Is a joke and unpleasant experience - wouldn't buy again and am awaiting email responses taking a while. I want a full refund.
