First purchase: Ordered 2 dresses. The white one was clearly a dress that was returned by someone else, probably worn, it was covered in stains and smelled like mould. I brought it to the dry cleaners who said the stains were blood!!!! amongst other things... I paid more for it to be dry cleaned than for the actual dress which I needed for an event and didn't have time to get something else. Charcoal said the dress had nothing wrong with it, pretended the stains were the way the fabric is, ignored the extensive photos of stains I sent and refunded me $4. What a joke... Terrible
