I had an issue with receiving my order recently and unfortunately Australia Post was unable to help me locate my missing parcel with no resolution. I reached out to the customer service team at Charcoal and they were more than accomodating at providing a resolution. The response to my emails was very quick and I felt like my matter was heard and understood clearly. I was provided with necessary information about Charcoals Shipping policy which addressed my issue but I’m very thankful that the team was able to assist in a successful resolution for me. Very happy with the outcome.
