I bought a dress which was supposed to be white - on the website it was absolutely stark white. But when I received it, it was an off white/cream colour and looked so cheap. The quality is really bad which was surprising because of the price tag on the items. And then to return it you have to pay for the return postage and only get a credit note. They won’t refund something unless it’s faulty. Which apparently doesn’t include colour not matching.Now I have credit note for a brand I don’t want to buy, might just have to buy accessories not made by the brand so I know I’m not getting extremely poor quality clothing.
