“I wouldn't recommend... I spoke to them as I had been approved for a 90% LTV mortgage but it was a very high rate due to some adverse credit and a commercial property next to the purchase. John Charcol were supposed to be experts in this type of mortgage so tried them. Firstly their fees were way higher than quoted elsewhere I spoke with a Ryan and he took all my details. He came back to tell me the best he could achieve is a 75% LTV which I know is wrong as I have been accepted for 90% elsewhere and 85% with a high street bank. So in short I don't rate his expertise highly especially given the high price point.
