At Dehradhun, we got to meet Shivani Ji and her entire Chardham tour team at her office the day before our ride. They patiently clarified all the questions we had about the ride and made us very comfortable, which we really appreciated since it was our first time.As promised by her, our ride the next day went as planned. From the hotel pickup to drop, it was an end-to-end service from the chopper team. At Kedarnath and Badrinath, there was a guide waiting for us, who stayed with us through our time there till we got back on the chopper. They arranged everything for us, from palkies, tickets, pundit, darshan and prasad etc. Great hospitality. overall, it was an incredible experience for my family and we are very greatful to Shivani ji and her team for making it a pleasant and memorable trip for my kids(8,11) and my grandmother(84).
