Awful company to deal with, I brought gold and was informed there was an issue because the billing and shipping address were different and they could process the payment. Not a problem I thought and updated my banking address (I’d moved house) they took the money from the bank but still wouldn’t process the order. Try to phone to talk to somebody but amazingly every single person is always busy when you contact them. So up to now they have stolen the money from my bank account.
