Our experience with ChargeBee was disappointing from day one. Their sales team is overly aggressive and pushy, constantly offering discounts to get you to sign as quickly as possible. Once you’re handed off to the implementation team, the real nightmare begins. The support team is highly unqualified and lacks the expertise needed to ensure a successful implementation.On top of that, they start charging their monthly fee from day one, regardless of whether you're live or not. We ultimately had to cut them off before even going live because the implementation was going nowhere. Despite our genuine intent to use the product, we ended up paying $2,000 for something we never got to use—all due to their failed implementation (plus, they'll stop answering your emails to avoid having to deal with you).Would not recommend.
