Beyond awful. Have had my ev for under 6 months and have NEVER had a positive, straight forward experience while using the facilities. Very expensive, not enough chargers near my place of residence (only 7 in a 2.5 mile radius and only 1 fast charger) and half of those don’t work! Neither The machine nor the app warns you that is out of service but will still block the £35 every time you attempt to charge, they even charged me £5 for a phantom charge in an out of service pod! Absolute joke of a company… And the advise on the phone? ‘Go find another one’…
