Duplicate charge for charging car at an Aberdeen CCS charger. Same price for 2 different days 3 days apart. Complained to their so called help desk to no avail. Provided evidence from my bluelink app. Showing car was not charged on the 2nd date. Both charges exactly same price and wattage. Basically stolen money with no goods provided.Refuse to refund blaming me. Useless.If I could give no stars I would.
