Had to give one star because I can’t give none.Due to a failure in there app they ring fenced over a 100 pounds, money I needed, gave me no charge and have not responded to any of the numerous emails I’ve sent.This from an organisation that works on behalf of Transport Scotland. Their intransigence, I guess is that they have the monopoly on chargers in the town and the nearest chargers are miles away.It should also be noted that within the town, they charge different rates per KWH, different minimum fees and different overstay charges. There is no continuity of service or charging policy.Utterly frustrating and disappointing. This company is shambolic to say the least
