I recently bought a pre owned Rolex and overall the process was good, communication was excellent and the delivery was quick and hassle free. Unfortunately the watch was running very slow when it arrived and is now with Rolex for a movement service after they checked it (fortunately still under Rolex warranty) and it was running 17 seconds slow. I’m not sure how this passed the checks Charles Fish stated they do but now I’m without the watch for a while which is very frustrating and the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars as overall very happy with the purchase.
