The process is in 5 distinct parts. Fill in the online form giving details of your watch and forward pictures, receive offer, accept or decline, decide your method of insured delivery and o/c of inspection receive payment. In my experience every part was accompanied by clear communication and ran like clockwork of course there are many scenarios but mine was seamless and my offer was up to £2k over rival offers with money being in my bank account within 30 mins of the notification of inspection conclusion. I am both impressed and totally satisfied and will be using again this week!!
