Ordered a bracelet that I had a couple of issues with regarding sizing and hallmarking, so returned the item.Had a phone call from Luke this morning regarding my bracelet, apologised for the item not being hallmarked. The bracelet will now be hallmarked and altered at no extra cost to myself. I have already been refunded whilst I wait for this to be done, and will pay for the bracelet once the item is ready to be retuned to me. Luke was really helpful and polite, and provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.
