Disappointing service unfortunately. Given the items are pricier than other platforms (which I understand and prefer supporting smaller businesses), the art I ordered was discontinued. They shipped two small stems without prior confirmation, costing me nearly £25 for items I found for £11. I would have preferred to cancel the order instead of paying £5.95 shipping, but they shipped first and informed me about the art being out of stock later. When I replied regarding the out-of-stock art, they offered alternatives that didn't resemble my original choice and were mostly four times the price! It didn't feel like the best customer service; I expected an apology and a shipping cost refund since it was their oversight. Small details can really make a business stand out, and I feel somewhat taken advantage of having paid over twice as much as elsewhere for two tiny twig stems.
