This service falsely claims to be based in the USA. I ordered a dress that took an excessively long time to arrive, and the quality was disappointing. Additionally, their return policy is unreasonable; I was told I had to send it back to an overseas manufacturer, with shipping costs nearly equal to the dress price. They even suggested I keep it and donate it instead.
