I filed for a refund on amounts being charged by direct debit without my permission as membership fee and topping up account.
I cancelled my account and asked the company to refund me the amount owed.
Despite repeated reminders and replies confirming that my refund is approved and in process I have not received my refund.
This has been going on since September 2025 at least 2 reminders per month.
