Ok so. after not reading the order of operations correctly and bungling my chartprime account linking process, I have to say that the customer assistance from the discord server was way beyond anything I have seen before.Specifically, while I was bouncing in and out for work projects, Choi(Prime) went above and beyond hanging on the line for a ticket that took almost 3 hours in total to get through. I am impressed. I also did not have to jump off a cliff, which is nice.
