Chartprime is a bit of weird setup. They key part is discord, and it can get pretty weird there. I had a pretty bad experience overall, but I'm sticking to 4 stars because when I asked them to stop the subscription, they not only stopped it, but also returned that month's fee without me asking, so they got my respect. Be careful, you can't really enjoy the full potential benefits of the chartprime indicators without a subscription to tradingview.com which is the only tool you can use to view the indicators... for me tradingview.com is like what the geeks design when they failed to get a BA onboard to explain simple UI core principle....
