This is a real review. Unlike the solicited subscriber reviews on here, just my opinion. You know how new companies do it. Anyway, never trust a company that doesn't give you control over your account deletion and cc. Chart Prime does not. I assumed they did. Who doesn't mention on their site who they are. Where they are. Or how to delete your account. Who doesn't send you receipts of transactions. Etc. Yea I'm dumb. It took me a week, after three attempts, to get *any/consistent* correspondence over deleting my account. When you finally do, they make you tell them why you want to delete, and then get you with discounts. If you agree to it, they then execute the transaction how they choose, not how you specifically tell them to, without authorizing it with you. Then, offer their justification as to why they did it. Had a nightmare with these business illiterate fools but I'm out. Wrote more but it's belabored minutia, you get the picture. Their stuff looks fancy, it's literally all just slight variations of every other indicator out there, dressed up. What I used them for I already found for free on TV, and so can you if you so choose. But more importantly -- bottom line they don't communicate, when they finally do you have to clarify everything. They tie up your account, and make you chase them down if you want to leave, and transact payments in ways you don't ask for and authorize. Comforting right? (Date of incident was Sunday 9/11, TrustPilot posting the wrong date.)
