I am fed up to the teeth with them querying perfectly normal transactions. They have stopped payments more in the past few months than my main UK bank has in 30 years. The trouble is, their US systems are over sensitive and, when they click in, you have to deal with someone in America. Last week, their questioning was so intrusive, even requiring that I sent them a tradesman's invoice before they would clear the payment, that I registered a formal complaint, to which they have not responded.
It is a huge pity, because the UK end is very helpful and the app is very good.
