I’ve had the worst experience with Chase. Sometimes they screen your transfers and block access to your own money, even when you’re in urgent need for rent, bills, or essentials.
After calling them many times, they cannot help you directly because everything has to go through a special internal team. They will not care about your urgency. On top of that, if there’s fraud on your account, they refuse to refund you promptly and make you wait endlessly, leaving you stressed and financially vulnerable.
Warning to everyone: don’t get headaches with this bank. They only care about what’s good for them, not for you.
You are left feeling powerless while your own money is held hostage. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone who needs reliability or protection from fraud.
