My order number , apparently, is 14445083. This number is absolutely useless, i cannot get any information from it or anyone via this useless site.I purchased a jumper for my wife on 11/12/25, i had a pre-christmas delivery date. It then changed around 20th December which is a pain but i thought nevermind sometimes these things happen. The new date was 30-31 December. Needless to say i am yet to reveive my product therefore i have an angry wife.I have sent 2 x emails over last 4 days to customer services and not had a reply.I do not know if i will receive my order or if i will be able to request a refund as the communication is extremely poorYou didn’t deserve 1xstar in reveiw but that was lowest on offer !Don’t give me any bxxlxxt excuses upon reading thos review, i shoild already of had an explination via yourselvesJust tell me with confidence when i will reveive my £170 purchase or if will receive a full refundI would strongly advise against using this site & supplier
