⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Features and Poor Support!I used ChatGPT by OpenAI, and my experience was frustrating and disappointing.1️⃣ The system promises features that do not exist. I was explicitly told that ChatGPT could edit and create videos, but after uploading my files, it failed to process them.2️⃣ Uploaded files disappeared with no way to recover them. I did not delete anything, I did not close my session, yet all my data was erased with no explanation.3️⃣ Customer support provided vague answers and no solution. They simply told me that this feature does not exist, despite the system itself claiming otherwise!The result? I wasted two full days of work for nothing!💬 If OpenAI cannot deliver the features it promises, it should update its service description and stop misleading users!I do not recommend this service if you need reliable features.
