A terrible experience. I've been using the subscription for a year; I accidentally renewed it, but I canceled it immediately. I never received a refund. I contacted technical support and a bot replied: "We can't process your refund; please send us the original invoice, etc.," but all the documents were already attached to the original email. Five follow-up messages and still no response. They simply stole my money, as I have nothing: neither the subscription nor the refund.
